We provide the space to help your team see the bigger picture, reformulated your goals and stop getting stuck in the minutia.
We have all been living with significant challenges during the worldwide pandemic. We are having to manage social distancing and Covid-19 precautions in order to protect ourselves and others. Returning to work means managing these extra precautions and adds time to our working day.
We know that being outdoors carries less risk of passing the virus and can be an opportunity to do something different with your team.

Eagala Model
The Eagala Model does not involve riding or require any previous experience with horses. While working with horses can seem daunting, the environment is structured to foster a life-changing experience, encourage engagement with the horses and each other, while remaining physically and emotionally safe.
This is why at ChangeWays we have an Eagala Certified professional team of Equine Specialist and Mental Health Professional in all session, ensuring that high standards of practice and safety are upheld.
Sessions can take place at both of our centres near Lockerbie and at Denton Hall Farmhouse, Low Row, Cumbria. They normally last for a minimum of ninety minutes. They can be followed by a facilitated group discussion indoors (subject to the current restrictions) or specially tailored to your teams’ needs.
We can offer team development sessions on a Tuesday or Thursday.

Prices start at £350 for a ninety minute session. This can be extended up to 3 hours.
